Work

At Alchemilla Ventures, I develop and maintain internal tools and applications that support the company’s day-to-day work. I work on improving workflows across teams, solving operational problems through software, and keeping the company’s online platforms reliable and easy to use.

Alchemilla Ventures tasked me with primary responsibility for developing Sylve as one of its free and open-source software (FOSS) initiatives. Sylve has also received sponsorship from the FreeBSD Foundation.

At difuse.io, I play a key role in developing a platform that integrates multiple services into a single embedded device designed for SMBs. My work emphasizes scalability, performance optimization, and creating user-friendly systems that simplify network and service management.

Key achievements include:

• Overseeing the integration of networking, communication, and storage solutions into a unified, reliable platform.
• Contributing to the system’s design, implementation, and deployment, ensuring high performance and usability.
• Scaling the platform to achieve over 100+ installations and supporting more than 10,000 daily users.

Through this work, difuse.io has become a trusted solution for SMBs, delivering efficient and streamlined operations.

As the lead maintainer of Scala (XLA), a privacy-focused cryptocurrency based on Monero (XMR). My work focuses on enhancing accessibility, scalability, and user-centric design while upholding the core values of privacy and decentralization.

We have achieved significant milestones, including:

• Leading the development of the Scala (XLA) blockchain, which has a market cap of over $1M.
• Implementing a unique Proof-of-Work algorithm that ensures fair distribution and security.
• Creating a user-friendly wallet and mobile miner that has attracted over 500,000 downloads.
